Since 1997, Gordon Biersch Brewing Company has been brewing beer in San Jose for bottling and distribution in Northern California, Southern Nevada and Hawaii, according to Germany’s purity law Reinheitsgebot, and fully automated and run by Nerb Engineering software program WinBrew, to ensure a consistent high quality for its lagers.
