Our US-business office: The United States remains one of our focus markets, particularly within our core sectors of tech, media & communications, and life sciences & healthcare. Recognizing the importance of the US market, we opened business offices in Silicon Valley and New York in 2014. With a team drawn from the UK and Germany with extensive experience across M&A, international expansion, commercial arrangements, and data protection & privacy, we offer advice to some of the largest international tech and life sciences corporations. Additionally, each year, we assist between 50 to 75 North American growth companies on their global expansion plans.
